Shipping Policy

PICKUP
We offer you the convenience of picking up your order. Prehung doors are produced and ready for pickup within 72 hours. Odd size interior doors (12", 14", 16", 20", 22", 34") are 2-3 weeks delivery. Moulding, flooring, interior door slabs, select interior prehung doors, in-stock exterior doors are ready to pickup any time. Tarkett Fiberfloor is ready for pickup within 24 hours. Moulding & Millwork will notify customers once orders are complete and ready for pickup or delivery. Customer's picking up must present photo identification.

Flat-Rate Delivery – Local Delivery Area
Select products qualify for flat-rate delivery within our local delivery area for $89.99 CAD.

Orders Outside the Local Delivery Area
Orders shipping outside our local delivery area require a custom shipping quote. Please contact our team before or after placing your order to receive an accurate shipping estimate.

If an order is placed with a delivery address outside our standard delivery area, our team will contact you with the applicable shipping cost before the order is processed.

All orders are delivered within 2-5 business days. Upon order placement, a confirmation email will be sent. Once your order has been processed, an email containing delivery information will be sent to you. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if you have entered incorrect shipping information.

We offer two services:

  1. Curbside delivery (without off-loading): The product will be dropped off at the curbside, driveway, or garage (if no obstruction to wheel passage). Moulding & Millwork will not be responsible for damages that occur after curbside delivery.
  2. Delivery with off-loading: Product will be brought into the main floor only of the house/building. These options can be discussed with our team before placing the order.

Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and automatically displayed at checkout. If you are told that an item may not be delivered to your address at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

*Orders placed after 4:00 PM AST Monday to Thursday will not be processed until the following business day.
