Refund policy

Return Policy

1. Moulding, exterior doors, interior doors and cut order of vinyl, carpet are not returnable. Measure your job twice and be sure.

2. Special order materials are not returnable

3. A maximum of two boxes maybe returned in laminate/vinyl flooring per job within 30 days of the purchase. The returned boxes should be unopened and in saleable condition.

4. A restocking fee of 20% are applied to all eligible returns

5. No refund, returns and exchange on any materials without the original receipt.

6. Discontinued materials and ‘as is’ materials are not returnable.

7. Inspect all the materials prior to exiting the building. Once it has left our premises any damage to the products will be considered a negligence from your part and will not be eligible for refund.

8. Moulding & Millwork reserve rights to limit any quantities
9. Pricing is subject to change at any time, including items which may become oversold
